What if everything you learned in school related to the real world? The Starting a Cookie Business module of Chocolate Chip Cookie School gives students a detailed, real-life education in how cookie businesses come to life with a “design thinking” approach.
This includes figuring out who your customer is and what they want, name, logo, packaging and, best of all, making the perfect cookies for those customers.
Starting a Cookie Business includes not only the business aspect but ingredients shopping and baking tips along with plenty cookie chemistry!
You’ll see that compared to the other modules, this is a much more advanced project— perhaps even usable for adult students and aspiring cookie entrepreneurs. For a group of student with the ability to bake cookies, this makes a great project for a fundraiser. The students could make and package a variety of cookies to maximize funds raised.
THE LESSON IS FLEXIBLE and does not include page numbers so you can adapt it depending on if students will be baking.
